Student MSDS Access from non-UC Computers
Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other relevant chemical data are available on the web. UCSD Libraries make Internet access for research available to all students. The ChemQuik MSDS System automatically recognizes a UC-affiliated computer. When accessing the site from a non-UC computer,
log in as ucsdmcmsds, password = msds.
Web access to MSDS is also available for students and staff in the Undergraduate Labs Stockrooms (3150 York Hall and 1104 Natural Sciences Bldg.). Paper copies of MSDS for many of the materials used in the Undergraduate Labs are also available in the Stockrooms. |
