Beckman Young Investigator Awards for F. Akif Tezcan and Pieter Dorrestein

Assistant Professors F. Akif Tezcan and Pieter Dorrestein were each awarded an Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation Young Investigator Award for 2008. The award is intended to provide research support to the most promising young faculty members in the early stages of academic careers in the chemical and life sciences. This prestigious award brings with it $300,000 of unrestricted research funding.
